Manual tensioner with a serrated feedwheel surface, allowing for easy gripping onto plastic strap surfaces. Comparable to the obsolete Signode STD tool.

With unlimited take-up capacity, it allows for easy tensioning of any load rather than dealing with a windlass system like other hand tools.
