Manual tensioner with a serrated feedwheel surface, allowing for easy gripping onto plastic strap surfaces.
With unlimited take-up capacity, it allows for easy tensioning of any load rather than dealing with a windlass system like other hand tools. 
 
Inclueds a cutting mechanism, removed the need for a separate tool for cutting away excess strapping.
