Comparable to the Signode PH-2, the rack-and-pinion tensioner uses a serrated gripping dog to hold onto the end of the pulled strap. It can be used either dry or lubricated on round or irregular shaped objects.

This tool has a long handle to better utilize the users weight as leverage with unlimited rack pickup. This is intended for use on medium tension loads.
