Comparable to the MIP-380, the windlass cutter tools can both tension a strap up to a tight configuration and are also able to cut excess strap away.

The strap is winded around a rotating slot and requires low effort from the user to reach a suitable tension in the strap. This is meant for use with polypropylene and polyester strapping.

Since this tool does not have a base clutch plug, it can also be used with cord straps.
